Where's My Order?

Express Tracked - if this option was selected you will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail giving a tracking Number and the option to track your item

Standard Tracked - if this option was selected you will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail giving a tracking Number and the option to track your item

Special Delivery - Guaranteed Tracked - if this option was selected, you will receive an email from Funky Pigeon after despatch giving a tracking Number. Please sign in to your account and find your order from the list. There will be an option to Track My Order which will direct you to the 3rd party couriers website.

If your order was sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked), please note that we do state it can take up to 4 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.

If your order was sent by Express Tracked or Standard Tracked then you should have received an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Any items sent using Guaranteed Tracked will have a tracking number sent out by email so that you can track your order

If the item has still not been received with applicable timescale, please click CONTACT FORM and always include your ORDER NUMBER and we will respond ASAP and do our best to help to resolve the issue.

All card orders placed by 7pm Monday to Friday and by 12pm on Saturday with the Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) delivery option, will be posted the same day (unless a future delivery date is specified at time of order). Orders placed after 7pm Monday to Friday will be posted on the next available working day. Some personalised orders are excluded from same day despatch.

All card orders placed by 9.30pm Monday to Sunday with Express Tracked or Standard Tracked delivery option, will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 9.30pm will be posted the next day (7 days per week)

All Gifts orders are subject to different despatch times depending on the product and the delivery method - these are shown at the time of purchase and on the Delivery Information page.
